FAQ
Questions clients ask first
Straight answers on cost, timelines and what you get. Anything else, ask in your brief.
How much does an app cost?
It depends on what it needs to do. A focused app with a simple backend costs far less than one with accounts, payments and an admin dashboard. Send a brief with your budget range and we’ll tell you honestly what fits, including when a smaller first version is the smarter start.
How long does it take?
That depends on scope too. We plan the smallest version worth launching, agree on a timeline before work starts, and send test builds you can install on your own phone along the way, so you see progress instead of waiting for a big reveal.
Do I need separate developers for iPhone, Android and the web?
No. We build with React Native, so one codebase runs on iPhone, Android and the web. That keeps the apps consistent and cuts the cost of building and maintaining three versions.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the code, designs and store listings are yours, set up in your own App Store, Google Play and hosting accounts.
Can you work on an app I already have?
Yes. We can fix, extend or take over an existing app, especially one built with React Native or Expo. We start with a short review of the code so you know what you have before committing to more.
Will you handle the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. We set up the store listings, screenshots, privacy policy and data disclosures, submit the app for review, and handle any feedback from Apple or Google.
What happens after launch?
We can stay on to monitor crashes, fix bugs, keep up with new iOS and Android versions, and ship updates. Or we hand everything over with documentation so your own team can take it from there.
Can you keep my idea confidential?
Yes. Share as much or as little as you like in your brief, and we’re happy to sign an NDA before you go into detail.
