Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Leibreich Technologies website and every app and game that Leibreich Technologies LLC ("we", "us") publishes on the Apple App Store and Google Play ("our apps"). It explains what information is used, who receives it, and how you control it. The section for each app lists exactly what that app does.

At a glance

  • •
None of our apps need an account, and they never ask for your name, email or phone number.
  • •
Game progress and settings are saved on your device.
  • •
Some apps show ads from Google AdMob. You decide whether to allow tracking, and in the EEA, UK and Switzerland you're asked for consent first.
  • •
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.
  • •
Some apps send crash reports and anonymous usage statistics. You can turn the statistics off.
  • •
We do not sell your personal information.

Untitled app

App · iOS and Android · Coming soon
An everyday utility app, in development.
  • •
Doesn't collect, store or send any personal information.
  • •
This entry will be updated with full details before the app is released.

Data stored on your device

Our apps save your progress, preferences and purchased items on your device so they work offline. This data isn't sent to us. Deleting an app deletes its data.

Cloud save (optional)

In Untitled puzzle game, if you turn on cloud save and sign in with Google, a copy of your progress is stored in a private app folder in your own Google Drive, so you can continue on a new phone. The app only asks for access to that app folder, not your other Drive files. We do not receive or store this copy. To remove it, turn cloud save off and delete the app's data in Google Drive (Settings → Manage apps).

Advertising

Untitled puzzle game shows ads from Google AdMob, including optional ads you can choose to watch for in-app rewards. Ad content is limited to ratings suitable for each app's audience. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect:
  • •
your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iPhone, Advertising ID on Android)
  • •
your IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • •
device information, such as model, operating system and language
  • •
    how you interact with ads
Your choices:
  • •
iPhone and iPad: the app asks for permission to track. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", your IDFA isn't shared and ads aren't personalized with it. Change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • •
EEA, UK and Switzerland: before any ads load, you're asked for consent through Google's consent tool. Change your choice any time from the privacy options in the app's settings.
  • •
Android: reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Settings → Privacy → Ads.

In-app purchases

Items in Untitled puzzle game are sold through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes the payment, and we never receive your name, card number or billing address. The app receives a confirmation of which item you bought so it can deliver it. On Android, the purchase token and product ID are sent to a verification service, which checks with Google that the purchase is real and makes sure each purchase is credited only once. They are not linked to your identity.

Crash reports and usage statistics

  • •
Crash reports (Sentry), in Untitled puzzle game. If the app crashes or hits an error, a report is sent with the error details, app version, device model and operating system version. Reports don't include your name, email or advertising ID, and they're deleted automatically within 90 days.
  • •
Usage statistics (PostHog), in Untitled puzzle game. Anonymous events, such as which features are used, help us improve the app. They're linked to a random ID created by the app, not to your identity or advertising ID. They're deleted automatically within one year. You can turn them off in the app's settings at any time.

Location

None of our current apps use your device's location. Advertising partners may estimate a rough location from your IP address, as described under Advertising. If a future app uses location, it will ask your permission first and this policy will explain how.

This website

The website doesn't use cookies, analytics or ads. It's hosted on Cloudflare, which handles each request and may keep standard logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for delivery and security. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads. If you pick light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser only.

Information you send us

If you email us or send a project brief through the website, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include, such as your company, project details, timeline and budget range. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards emails and briefs to our inbox, and Cloudflare keeps a copy of each brief in our service logs for a few days in case delivery fails. We use this information only to reply to you and keep a record of the conversation.

What we don't collect

Our apps don't ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

Children

Our apps are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our apps, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights, retention and deletion

Depending on where you live, including the EEA, UK and California, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, and to object to or limit its use. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad choices described above.
Most app data lives only on your device and is deleted when you delete the app. Crash reports and usage statistics aren't linked to your name, email, account or advertising ID, so we can't look up or delete one person's records. Instead, they're deleted automatically: crash reports within 90 days, and usage statistics within one year. To stop sending usage statistics, turn them off in the app's settings. Deleting the app stops both.
For any other privacy question or request, email privacy@leibreichtechnologies.com and include the app's name. Requests about ad data should go to Google using the links above.

Where data is processed

Leibreich Technologies LLC is based in the United States. The services listed above may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards.

Changes to this policy

When we add an app or change what an app does with data, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's update notes.
